Turn the dicing grid upside down and place it on a flat surface, protect the knives with a cloth.

Position the ceramic bushing in the dicing grid, chamfered surface facing up. The ceramic
bushing should easily slide up and down and reach the bottom of the dicing grid. When at the
bottom the edge of the ceramic bushing should be just below the steel edge of the dicing grid
frame.
