For drilling tasks radial to the workpiece axis, due to
the feed force of the tool, transverse forces occurs
that ultimately act on the chuck. This load when dril-
ling must be viewed as equivalent to the cutting force
when turning, and consequently it must also be limi-
ted. The permissible maximum values are provided in
the table below.
