Check if the 

brake moment of the retarder 

is less than 3N.m

At this time please confirm 
that the brake moment of the 
retarder shall  be within

k if the reset 

spring of the retarder is at proper 

position

spring of the retarder is

Check if 

the connecting arm block 

contacts the retarder 

brake arm

Replace the retarder

Set the reset spring to 
proper position

Adjust the reset spring

Take off the bushing.At the same time 
check if the paw can leave 2mm away 
from the ratchet during spinning.If 
not,adjust the position of the brake arm
