Troubleshooting

Many occurring problems could be solved by yourself without specific expertise. Please 

check all the shown possibilities and the solution below before contact the customer care 

team. Please switch off the machine and remove the power plug before troubleshooting.

 

- Spread the laundry evenly 

and press the button 

"Start/Pause".

The display shows E4.

The display shows FA.

- No water / water supply 

failure.
- Water Inlet valve is 

blocked.
-Low water pressure.

- Check the water tap and 

ensure the water supply. 
- Check the water inlet valve.

- Check the water pressure. 

The water level sensor 

failed.

The appliance fails to 

operate.

Vibrates excessively or 

make noise.

- Is the machine level?
- Unbalance of laundry. 
- Any hard or metal objects 

like coins inside the tub?

-Level the machine.
- Spread the laundry evenly.
- Remove the objects after 

the washing cycle completed.

- Water is not reaching the 

preset level. 
- The lid is not closed.
- Unbalance of laundry. 

- Power failure.
- Power plug is not insert 

properly to the socket.

- Check the power supply. 
- Insert the power plus 

properly to the socket.
- Wait the water fill up to the 

preset level.
- Close the lid.
- Spread the laundry evenly.

Drainage failure. The 

display shows E1.

The machine stops running.

The display shows E2.

The machine does not spin.

The display shows E3.

- Unbalance of laundry. 

- Is the machine level?

-Level the machine.

- Drain hose is blocked.
- Drain hose end is 10cm 

and above floor level.

- The lid is not closed.

- Unblock the drain hose.
- Make sure the drain hose 

properly installed. 

- Close the lid and press 

the button "Start / Pause".
