3. To reinstall the exhaust ventilation filter, slide it into the side slot, and then
push up and toward the oven to lock. Reinstall the second filter using the same
procedure.
Charcoal Filter
A charcoal filter should be installed in your microwave oven when set for non-vented
or recirculated installation. The charcoal filter cannot be cleaned, so it should be
replaced every 6 to 12 months depending on use.
1. Unplug or disconnect power to the microwave.
2. Remove the vent grille mounting screws.
3. Pull the vent grille away from the unit.
4. Remove the charcoal filter by pushing it inward, and then turn and pull it away
from the unit.
