Troubleshooting
A. The power light is on, but the machine does not work after a program is
set.
a. Check the micro switch. If it is out of order, replace it; otherwise, check to see
if it is closed or it is open, check the switch arm height and adjust it.
Maintenance Procedure:
1) Loosen the screws on the deck plate at the back to remove the deck plate,
unplug the micro switch power line in the front channel.
2) Hold the exposed part of the micro switch and move it toward the drum, rotate
the switch arm and take out the micro switch carefully.
3) If the switch is out of order, replace it; otherwise, it means the switch arm
height is too low, raise it and re-mount it.
b. If the micro switch is ok, i.e. it closes after the door is closed, check the
program controller.
Replace it if it does not work.
Maintenance Procedure:
1) Loosen the screws on the deck plate at the back and remove the deck plate.
2) Take out the timer knob, unscrew the timer with a screwdriver and pull out the
timer connecting wire.
3) Replace the timer and turn on the power. If the dryer operates normally, mount
the deck plate.
B. The program knob of the dryer points at the red zone, the cold air
indicator is not the drum rotates, but heating and drying operation is not
available, and the back guard plate is not warm.
The fuse is turned off.
Check Procedure: In checking Procedure, pull out the plugs at both ends and
measure the fuse with an AVO meter. If it is not in order, replace it.
C. The program knob of the dryer points at the red zone, the cold air
indicator is on and the drum rotates, but heating and drying operation is
not available, and the back guard plate is not warm.
