6.5 Debugging and running
6.5.2 Check of running status
■
Unit power supply. Be sure to have the same power source as the product nameplate.
■
The circuit connection of the unit. Check the wire diameter and wiring of the power supply wire, and the ground
wire is firmly connected. Check if the linkage of the pump or the like is properly connected.
■
Water pipes and pipes. Water pipes and pipes must be flushed at least two or three times to ensure cleanliness
without any contaminants.
■
Check the water circulation system. Check that the water volume is sufficient, that the air is drained, and that
there is no leakage.
■
When powering on for the first time or after a long time of shutdown, the power must be turned on in advance to
heat the crankcase for at least 2 hours.
■
The water filter is installed in place as required, and there is no pollutant in the water filter.
■
Water flow switch, the pump overload has been linked with the unit, and the drain valve has been installed in
place.
Remarks: The judgment reference standard is only the basis for the normal operation of the on-site unit.
The highest and lowest values of the reference standard are judged as the reference standard for the maximum
working condition and the minimum working condition of the unit. If the unit is stable and exceeds the reference
standard, please consult your local dealer and Haier for sale.
After the unit is running smoothly, check the following items:
