Crossbar Installation

Drill 6 mm holes into the top of the
post, from both sides.
Countersink the screw head in order for
the screws to be flush with the posts.
Place the crossbar in the V-shaped
cutout on top of the posts and hold it
in position. Drill a 3.5 mm hole into
the crossbar by drilling through the
previously drilled 6 mm post drilling
line. Avoid drilling through the bar
fully, then place the screws in the
holes.
Use the 6 x 100 mm screws to affix the crossbar onto the posts (2 per post).
Screw holes should be predrilled in both posts and crossbars in order to prevent material flake.
hanit -profiles are made out of 100% recycled plastics. Slight differences in relation to colour, texture, temperature and
dimensional variations are possible /- 3%.
To avoid material deformation, do not store in the sun or on uneven ground.

applicable or other installation methods may be more suitable.
