Control panel recognition programming is only
required for Remote Control, System Status

Feedback and Activation on Intrusion applications.
Once recognition programming is complete, it is
exclusive. To teach the external receiver to operate
with a different control device, the initial recognition
programming must be erased as described in the
“Return to factory programming” chapter.

If you make a programming error, the programming
LED will flash quickly. You must carry out the program-
ming sequence again from the start.
