OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
10 Start-up • Check that cabinet door is smooth-running, readjust if necessary.
• Slowly close both cabinet doors by hand, then connect the control unit to the
mains with the mains plug.
The control unit starts teach mode and carries out a teach run.
If teach mode does not start automatically perform a soft reset, see chapter “
11.1
Soft reset ”.
• Check safety stop of cabinet doors. To do this, place a solid object with a soft
surface between the cabinet wall and the closing edge of the door and close the
cabinet door. The cabinet door and the automatic drive should react as described
in chapter “
11.5 Functions in Push To Go automatic mode ”.
11 Operating the
automatic drive
11.1 Soft reset
The soft reset deletes the saved travel distance of the cabinet doors.
Teach mode is started automatically after a soft reset.
• With the cabinet doors stationary, press the reset button on the back of the control
unit for three seconds.
11.2 Hard reset
The hard reset deletes the error log of the control unit and the saved travel distance
of the cabinet doors.
Teach mode is started automatically after a hard reset.
• With the cabinet doors stationary, unplug the control unit from the power supply
and wait for at least 30 seconds.
• Plug the control unit back into the power supply and press the Reset button on
the back of the controller for three seconds.
11.3 Teach mode
The available travel distance of the cabinet doors is saved in this mode. In order to
do this, the automatic drive opens and closes the cabinet doors.
Ensure that there are no obstacles in the way of the cabinet doors in teach mode,
and that the teach mode is not interrupted.
• Once teach mode is complete, the automatic drive automatically starts Push To
Go automatic mode.
11.4 Push To Go automatic mode
The automatic drive is in normal operation in this mode. In this mode, the automatic
drive moves the cabinet doors for the saved travel distance.
• In order to move the cabinet doors, push them gently in the required direction
(open or close).
11.5 Functions in Push To Go automatic mode
Cabinet door safety stop
When a safety stop occurs, the cabinet door reverses by approx. 10 cm and stops
(if it encounters an obstacle when opening or closing).
In order to make the safety stop operate correctly, save the travel distances using
teach mode, see chapter “
11.3 Teach mode ”.
