4.4.6 Load
hook
The load hook, which is made of highly stable forged steel, has a ball bearing. This facilitates attaching the
load and prevents turning of the chain. The safety catch of the hook prevents the load from slipping out of
the hook unintentionally. The safety catch of the load hook must be able to move freely and be self-closing.
4.4.7 Chain
container
The chain container is made of unbreakable plastic, plastic-coated fabric or sheet steel. It will supply different
sizes for different chain lengths.
4.4.8 Control
Devices with a load capacity of up to 1t - precise direct control (indirect control as option)
Devices with a load capacity exceeding 2t - indirect control
4.4.9 Control
switch
Control switch suitable for single hand use.
For direct control with control switch, for indirect control with push buttons.
4.4.10 Maintenance
unit
It serves for the necessary preparation of the operation air so that the pneumatic motor can work troublefree.
If not assembled by the manufacturer, it must be assembled by the customer.
CAUTION!
Should the unit be assembled at the customer, the maintenance unit is supplied without oil.
Before putting the unit into operation, the main air supply line must be cleaned and the oiler of the
maintenance unit must be filled with oil. Should this not be done the unit may be severely damaged.
