Time Based Sampling Program
Initial Setup of New Sampler
1.
Apply power to the sampler and turn on the controller.

Press MENU key on keypad

Navigate to General Settings

Select Date and Time

Enter the current date and time and select OK

Press MENU key on keypad

Navigate to Hardware Setup

Select Sampler
9.
Select Rinses
enter “1”
and select OK
10.
Select Sample Retries enter “1”
and select OK
11.
Press MENU key on keypad
12.
Navigate to Programming

Select Programming
14.
Navigate to and select Sampler Programming
15.
Select Total Bottles enter “1” and select OK
16.
Select Bottle Volume enter “3 gallon” and select OK
17.
Select Tubing enter “
length of intake tubing to the nearest foot
” and select OK

Select Pacing then select Time Weighted, select NEXT

With Time Weighted highlighted select Edit, enter “

NOTE:
Bold font
in step 17 indicates a variable parameter that is site dependent. Each time the
sampler is moved to a new location you will want to enter the length of tubing between the intake
strainer and the sampler to the nearest foot. Entering the tubing length ensures that the sample
volume will be within tolerance.
