Offsets
Three of the measured values sent to the PC from the 3625 instrument can be modified.
The offset value is used as a multiplication factor against the measured value received
from the 3625 instrument (e.g. an offset factor set at 1.01 will increase the value by 1%).
Keep the default value of one to retain the measurements from the 3625 instrument
intact. Any new computed values will be displayed on the PC.
3.3.2 Selection
This option is used to select the package being analyzed. All four screens illustrated in
the Setup section above can be displayed, but only the
Package selection
box can be
updated. Select the package to analyze from the drop-down list.
3.3.3 Modify
This option is used to change the package being analyzed, after measurements have
been made and provided they have not been saved. The measurement data is
recalculated based on the new package details and the selected line(s) of results are
updated to reflect what would have been displayed if this new package type had been
selected originally.
Select one or more measurement lines. Once the measurement lines are selected, click
on the
Modify
option in the
Package
menu. A window will then be displayed and the new
package can be selected from a drop-down list.
3.3.4 Fill Volume
This command is only available if the parameter
Fill volume change
is enabled (see
“General” on page 34 ).
Select one or more measurement lines. Once the measurement lines are selected, click
on the
Fill volume
option in the
Package
menu. A window will then be displayed and the
new fill volume can be entered directly.
Once the fill volume has been changed, the measurement data is recalculated based on
the new value and the selected line(s) of results are updated accordingly.
3.3.5 Info
This option is used to view details of the package being analyzed. All four screens
illustrated in the Setup section above can be displayed, but nothing can be updated.
