Install Safety Sensors

Connect Air Supply

Install the safety sensors on each corner of the

moving enclosure.

• [1] Rear left safety sensor is 33.5" long.
• [2] Front left sensor is 50" long.
• [3] Front right sensor is 18" long with 29

ft cable.

• [4] Rear right sensor is 18" long with the

17 ft cable.

Route the safety sensor cables.

• The 33-0606 [1] cable is routed through

the left side column from the factory.
Connect the 33-0606 to the rear left
safety sensor.

• Route the 33-0626 [2] cable from the

rear left to the front left safety sensor.

• Route the 33-0624 [3] cable from the

front left to the front right safety
sensors.

• Route the 33-0623 [4] cable from the

front right to the rear right safety
sensor.

Connect the air supply to the air inlet fitting [1].

Verify that the Tool Release Pressure gauge [2]

read 140 - 160 psi. Adjust the knob on the back

side of the air doubler [3] if needed.

The Spindle Air Purge gauge [4] should read 45

psi whenever the spindle is in operation. Adjust

the knob on the air regulator [5] if needed.
