If a card that supports NAT collaboration fails, the IPoE-NAT collaboration fails. Perform this task to

About enabling static individual users
This feature enables configured static IPoE sessions information to match IP or ARP packets. To
enable static IPoE session information to match ARP packets, you need to enable ARP-based static
individual users.
Restrictions and guidelines
Follow these guidelines for the ARP-based static individual user configuration:

The gateway IP address allocated to the static individual users must be one of the following IP
addresses:
