Flashing yellow (3 Hz)
The port is sending or receiving data at 40 Gbps.

No transceiver module or cable has been installed in the port, or no link is
present on the port.

A transceiver module is installed in the port. The port is operating at a speed
lower than the maximum speed.
Flashing yellow (3 Hz)
The port is sending or receiving data at a speed lower than the maximum speed.
Off
No transceiver module is installed in the port, or no link is present on the port.
