Mount the switch chassis in the rack:
a.
Install cage nuts (user-supplied) in the mounting holes in the front rack posts. Make sure the
corresponding cage nuts on the front and rear rack posts are at the same height.
b.
One person supports the chassis bottom with one hand, holds the front part of the chassis
with the other hand, and pushes the chassis into the rack gently.
Make sure the shoulder screws closely contact with the upper edges of the rear mounting
brackets, as shown in
Figure 16 and Figure 17 .
c.
The other person uses M6 screws (user-supplied) to attach the front mounting brackets to
the front rack posts. Make sure the switch is installed securely in the rack.
