Attach the antenna bracket to the mounting kit with the bolt you have removed. Start three M6 nuts 

(callout 6 in 

Figure 4

) on the bolt and tighten the nuts with an adjustable wrench.

Remove the two long bolts (callout 5 in 

Figure 4

) from the two mast-mount clamps (callout 4 

in 

Figure 4

). Place the two mast-mount clamps around the mast and pass the removed bolts through 

the holes on the mast-mount clamps.  

4.

 

Start a nut on each end of the bolts and tighten the nuts with an adjustable wrench until the 
mast-mount clamps are secured in place.

Mounting kit 

 

(1) M8 screw/flat washer/spring washer 

(2) Antenna bracket 

(3) Bolt attached to the antenna bracket  

(4) Mast-mount clamp 

(5) Long bolt attached to the mast-mount clamps 

(6) M6 nut

Make sure the polarization arrow (callout 2 in 

Figure 5

) is pointing up. 

6.

 

Rotate the antenna to make it point towards the other antenna with which your AP is to 
communicate. 
Adjusting the antenna bracket can change the vertical orientation of the antenna. 
Adjusting the mast-mount clamps can change the horizontal orientation of the antenna. 

7.

 

Connect the cable and weatherproof the antenna connection.
