When the LED turns RED, the Bluetooth adapter is in pairing standby mode.

Perform “Device search” in the target device and find a device named as
“AMC_JandJ”.

Pair the target device with the Bluetooth adapter. PIN code is “1234”.

If the pairing succeeds, the Green LED blinks twice(2). If fails, Red LED blinks
five(5) times.

Measure blood glucose while the adapter is being connected to a glucometer.

The measured data is automatically transmitted to the pre-determined device such
as a mobile phone, a gateway, etc.

If the data transmission succeeds, the Green LED blinks twice(2) and if fails, the
Red LED blinks five(5) times.

It takes more than 10 seconds for the first trial after replacing the batteries.

[Manual data transmission]

Press the button of the Bluetooth adapter while a glcuometer and the adapter are
being connected. The whole readings stored in the glucometer will be
automatically downloaded and sent to the target device.

This feature is for troubleshooting.

[Automatic Wake-up Mode]

In the state of connection with OneTouch Easy/Mini or OneTouch Ultra II, this
adapter reads data and transfers once every 3 hours.
