30. Fit the propellers and tighten the nuts using two
10mm spanners, one on the nut and one on the
rear of the prop driver to stop the motor turning
as you tighten.
31. Fit the 4 spinners using the 10mm x M2.5 screws
provided.

31. The construction of your Lancaster is now basically complete, please double check all the screws
and control links for security. You can if you wish add hinge tape to the control surfaces if you think
this is necessary for extra security. The next stage is to set the control throws to the suggested
deflections as shown below:
Ailerons (Full rates): 12mm each way measured at the inboard end.
Ailerons (Low rates): 6mm each way measured at the inboard end.
Elevators (Full rates): 16mm each way measured next to the fuselage.
Elevators (Low rates): 10mm each way measured next to the fuselage.
