EN
Disruption
The machine block when starting or the cut is interrupted because a fault has occurred. The fault must be rectified and the
machine must be restarted.
Air
Faulty air supply Air supply unplugged or insufficient air pressure.
Shroud
The consumables are not tightened properly. The air supply must be cut off, the consumables reinstalled and the device restar-
ted.
Serious
The product requires a technical intervention.

Cause-Solution
1 - Température
1
At least one tempature sensor not detected
One of the thermal protections in unplugged.
Have a qualified technician check it.
2
Secondary thermal protection
The internal temperature has become exces-
sive.
Keep the machine’s supply on to enable
cooling until protection cancellation.
3
Low secondary thermal protection
4
Primary thermal protection
5
Below ambient temperature <-20°C
The room temperature prevents the machine
from operating properly. Move it in a warmer
area.
2 - Protection
1
One phase is missing
The machine has detected that at least one
phase is missing. Unplug the machine and
check your electrical distribution network.
2
Overvoltage detected on the network
An overvoltage was detected on the electrical
distribution network. The machine is pro
-
tected. Unplug the machine and check your
electrical distribution network.
3
Network voltage is too low (-15%)
The machine indicates that the network
voltage is close to the maximum authorised
range. If this happens while powering up, the
machine will stop. Unplug the machine and
check your electrical distribution network.
4
Network voltage is too high (+15%)
5
Network voltage is out of range (+/-20%)
The maximum voltage range has been
reached, the machine switched off to protect
itself. Unplug the machine and check your
electrical distribution network.
3 - Components
1
Upper secondary thermal protection unplug-
ged
One of the thermal protections in unplugged.
Have a qualified technician check it.
2
Lower secondary thermal protection unplug-
ged
3
Primary thermal protection unplugged
4
PWM controller protection
PWM controller has encountered an error.
The machine requires a reparation.
4 - Air
1
No air
Check that the air pipe is correctly connected
to the device or that the pressure is com-
prised between 5 and 9 bars.
2
Pressure too low
The device has stopped cutting because the
air pressure has become too low to perform
a cut. Check your air supply.
3
Low pressure
The machine signals that the air pressure is
becoming low but still performs a cut. Check
your air supply.
