STEP I
a)
Fix the side frames of the support frame (1, 2) to the fastener (3). For this
purpose, use M12x140 screws, M12 washers and M12 safety nuts.
Insert a washer onto main fixing screw. Align the axes of the support frame
base and fastener holes. Insert the previously prepared mount into the hole
axis, from the outside. Secure the fastener from the inside with a washer and
nut. Repeat the procedure for all holes.
b)
Fix the load holders (4, 5) to the left and right side frame (1, 2). Fasten with
M12x120 screws, M12 washers and M12 locknuts. Guide the screw from the
inside of the frame.
Fasten using the procedure described in item a) (see the drawing).
c)
Fasten the seat support frame (6) to the machine fastener (3). Align the axes
of the support frame and fastener holes. Insert an M12x140 screw and M12
washer into the hole axis, from the outside of the fastener. Secure from the
inside with an M12 washer and M12 nut. Fasten using the procedure described
in item a) (see the drawing). Repeat the procedure for all holes.
d)
Attach the backrest support frame (7) to the top of the seat support frame (6).
Insert M12x140 screws with M12 washers from the top into the hole axis.
Secure the connection from the bottom with an M12 washer and M12 nut.
Fasten using the procedure described in item a) (see the drawing).
