RF Communication and Signals Experiments

For the last two steps, the span is quite large, and may produce
some errors. To find the second and third harmonic, you may
need to fine-tune the frequency. Record the results in table 4-2.

Measure the RF
phase noise.

Turn on the GRF-1300 and the GSP-730.
