Cooking

You can cook more than just pizzas with your pizza maker. Use as a portable oven for appetizers,
grilled sandwiches and much more.
Note: You do not need to preheat the appliance

Place the pizza maker on a flat heat resistant surface.
Be sure that the temperature controller is on the position of “off”.
Lightly coat the pizza pan with cooking spray, especially when making a pizza crust from scratch.
If using a pre-packaged pizza, be sure to remove all pizza packing before cooking, including the
cardboard disc. Do not place foil or any other coverings on the pizza while cooking. This could
cause a fire.
Center your pizza on the pizza pan or make your pizza directly on the pizza pan.
Open the lid. Place the pizza pan over the center of the drive shaft.
Close the lid and plug the appliance, the power pilot light is on and the motor of the turnplate is
working. Speed of the turnplate is 2.5 or 3 revolutions per minute
At the moment, the heating pilot light is off for the heating element is not working.
Adjustable thermostat allow you to select the perfect cooking temperature with three options:,
probable temperature for the three steps is as below:

Step 1

Step 2

Step 3

100

160

230

Choose the appropriate temperature as required.

Switch on the knob to step 3, the heating pilot light is on and the heating element begins to work.
When the temperature of the turnplate reaches between 220-240°C, the heating pilot light goes
off. The heating element stops working while the turnplate keeps rotating.
When  the  turnplate  cools  at  a  certain  stage,  the  heating  pilot  light  goes  on  and  the  heating
element starts working again.
Normally it takes 6-8 minutes to make a pizza.
When cooking finishes, turn the controller to the OFF position, unplug the appliance and open
the lid.
Carefully place the pizza onto a cutting surface that is heat resistant. Never cut the pizza on the
pizza pan. This will damage the pan.

When the appliance stops working, both the power and heating pilot lights are off.
