FILTER MAITENANCE
1.
Check the paper dust bag (No.32) each time you start and finish vacuuming.
A clogged and dirty dust bag restricts airflow and results in reduced
suction and overheating.
2.
While vacuuming throughout a building, stop every two
hours or as needed to shake out the paper dust bag (No.32).
Replace the paper dust bag when necessary. (Figure J)
NOTE
: Lift both paper dust bag and cloth bag out at the
same time to avoid ripping the paper dust bag, especially if
it is full.
3.
Once a month (or as necessary) hand or machine wash the
cloth dust bag (No.31) and let it LINE DRY.
(Do not put it in the dryer).
4.
Once a month (or more often if necessary) clean the
HEPA filter (No.1 and Figure K) covering air inlet
of the motor under the cloth dust bag inside of the
vacuum barrel. It can be done by taking out the
HEPA filter and rinsing it from inside to outside.
The filter must be dried before placing back.
It can also be cleaned by pressure air lowing
from inside to outside.
