Insert the Y-axis as follows:

Prerequisite:Lubricating pinion unit and wiper have been dismantled

Prerequisite:The maximum tooth flank backlash has been set

Raise the Y-axis with a suitable lifting unit

2

Insert the Y-axis into the X-carriage

3

Install the wipers

4

Install the lubricating pinion unit

5

Assemble the bumper unit

The Y-axis has been inserted.

Installing the Z-axis

In some cases, the Z-axis is not yet mounted on delivery. Depending on the
available space, the Z-axis can be inserted into the carriage from the top or
the bottom.
