Jams and blockages

If the bag is full or there is a blockage, there will be a reduction
in suction.

Remove the battery and bag and look through
the nozzle. Remove any blockages.

A light above the main unit’s window allows you
to check when the bag is full. You can also check
for blockages.

The tools can block sometimes too, so remove
these from the main unit before checking for
blockages.

If the brush bar has jammed or there is a
blockage, the battery will display a solid amber
light for 5 seconds.
