Troubleshooting

Removing blockages

  Switch “OFF” the unit

  Check the opening on the underside of the unit and

remove any debris.

  Check if the dust bin is full. Press the release button and remove 

the dust bin and empty if necessary (see page 10). 

4

  Check the air duct in the dust bin and remove any debris.

5

  Open the filter cartridge from the dust bin and check the foam filter 

and pleated filter.

6

  Clean the filters if necessary (see page 11).

If the product needs to be repaired or replaced only use parts which are approved by the 
manufacturer.

1. Charger not fully pushed into 

mains socket.

2. Mains socket not switched on.
3. Charger cord not fully into unit.
4. Defective mains socket 

or charger.

5. Power button is in “ON” 

position.

1. Push the charger fully into mains socket.
2. Switch on mains socket.
3. Check charger cord is fully engaged in 

socket on unit.

4. Consult a qualified electrician to check 

the socket. Contact customer service 
centre or dealer.

5. Press power button once to ensure unit 

is switched “OFF”.
