Cleaning and maintenance
Cut the citrus fruit (orange, lemon, lime, etc.) in two halves.
Place a liquid recipient under the liquid nozzle; then put one of the citrus fruit halves on
top of the squeezing head.
Rotate the pressure pole over the citrus fruit and push down firmly.
Keep the pressure on the fruit for 15 seconds approximately. Pull up the pressure pole,
remove the fruit’s peel and remove all pulp residues that may have accumlated on the
squeezing head.
Repeat these steps until the desired juice quantity is reached. Usually two and a half
oranges are required to squeeze 250ml of juice.
Citrus fruit juices should be drink immediately. Do not store them on metalic recipients.
Citrus fruit juices are perfect for mixing. For example, you can mix orange juice with
lemon juice to obtain a drink rich in C vitamin.
A freshly squeezed juice can improve the taste of some cocktails. Lemon juice is suita

ble for combining with green tea, as well as stregthen your defences against the com

mon cold.
Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet.
Remove any pulp residue accumulated in the pulp filter.
Disassemble the pressure cover, squeezing head, pulp filter and liquid deposit in that
order. These accesories can be washed with water.
Clean the appliance’s body using only a slightly moistened cloth. Do not immerse the
appliance in water and do not put it in the dishwasher.
After cleaning is finished, ensure all parts are completely dry before assembling them
again.
Pulp resiudes may accumulate in the deposit and the nozzle. Clean after each use.
