Text Marks
Recording brief messages during a dictation.
You wish to record a brief message during the
dictation.
1. Press and hold down the “INDEX“ button.
2. Speak your message after the info mark.
3. Release the “INDEX“ button after your message.
The end mark sounds. You can resume the
dictation.
Recording longer messages.
You wish to record a longer message or you wish to
interrupt a dication by stopping the tape to prepare
a message.
Recording is still switched on.
1. Set the slide-switch to “ START“.
2. Press and hold down the “INDEX“ button. This
records the info mark.
3. After the info mark signal, set the slide-switch to
“ STOP“.
4. Release the “INDEX“ button.
5. Set the slide-switch to “ START“.
6. Dictate your message. You can interrupt
recording as often as you wish.
7. Terminate your message by briefly pressing the
“INDEX“ button. When releasing the button, an
end mark will be recorded.
