Operating as a body analyser
The measurement and data is transmitted through
your bare feet, which are postioned on the mea-
suring electrodes

. Therefore, ensure that both
feet are placed on the scales properly.
Entering your data
When you use the body composition analysis
function for the first time, select the following data
and then enter the following information: your
user parameter (from 01 to 12), your gender,
your height (75 – 215 cm), your age (10-99)
and activity level (select from A 1 to A 4).

After entering the initial data, you will not have
to press the
C
button again the next time
you use the scales. Simply select the corre-
sponding parameter (01 to 12) using the
B

and
D
▼
buttons.

During data entry, if no button is pressed for
more than 20 seconds, the scales automati-
cally switches off. You must then start from the
beginning.
Entering parameters

Position the scales on a smooth, flat surface
and activate it. To do this, tap your foot once
on the scale in the bottom right corner of the
glass surface
