Formatting the memory card
If you have been using the multimedia card or SD card in another device, it
has to be reformatted for your camera.
Note:
In reformatting the card you delete its contents.

Switch on the camera by pressing »

«, and completion of the formatting is confirmed by a
signal tone.
Note:

ERR
« is displayed, the memory card could not be formatted. Repeat
the formatting procedure with the same card or with a new one.
