Cleaning and care

Turn the appliance off and unplug 

the power cord

 from the  

wall socket.

Before cleaning, allow the appli-

ance to cool completely.
The appliance can become very 

hot and may take up to 45 min-

utes to cool.

Clean the housing and the ce-

ramic plates with a damp, soft 

cloth only.

Caution

Never put the appliance or power 

cord in water or any other liquid. 

Do not use any cleaning agents.

Note

Before using the appliance after 

cleaning, dry all parts carefully 

using a dry soft towel.

Storage

If you do not plan to use the ap-

pliance for a long period of time, 

please store it carefully.
Make sure that it is unplugged,  

has completely cooled and is com-

pletely dry.
Do not wrap the power cord around 

the appliance.
Keep it in a cool, dry place.
Make sure that the appliance is kept 

out of the reach of children.
