Default settings
Using the » Factory setting « function, you restore the fac-
tory settings of the machine.
Note:
If a list of several authors is installed this function is only
available if there are no dictations in the memory. This
ensures that dictations from another user are not acciden-
tally deleted.
Caution data loss! This function will delete all data and
settings on your dictation machine!
• Go to the » « menu item and confirm with » «.

Your device will be reset to the following settings:
EASY MODE;
Folder – main folder;
Microphone sensitivity – Dictation (normal setting for
dictations);
voice Activation – off;
Switch off automatically – after 5 minutes;
Audio signals – all audio signals on;
Lighting – 15 seconds;
Date, Time – 01.01.2009, 00:00;
workflow lists – Typist, dictation type, group, No./refe-
rence automatic, priority off;
USB connection – automatic;
Speaker – on;
FFwD / rewind – Fast;
Foot control – Recording;
Auto Backspace – Automatic backspace off;
Index in play-back – off, right selection button for
speed change;
Dictation position number – on;
Time indicator – on;
Date format – European, 24 hours;
Display of ID – ID-symbol;
