• Keep the internal paddle in

position OPEN during
soldering.

• Clean all solder surfaces,

avoid excessive use of flux,
and direct flame tip away from
valve body.

5. Actuator installation

1. Slowly move the manual

opening lever so it is locked in
OPEN position; see fig. 4.

2. Make sure that the valve stem

is centered into the mating
actuator hole. Move the stem if
alignment is required.

3. Press the release button and

slide the actuator onto the
valve body. When actuator is in
place, release the button.
