3.7 Drilling holes for the pipes

The tank has three or four holes,

100, for the inlet
pipes, depending on the size. The tank also has a
hole,

40, for the diaphragm pump. See section
Product overview. These holes must be drilled to be
used.
Holes for the outlet pipes, the vent port and the
minimum required cable glands are open.
1. Determine which inlets you want to use. See
sections Tank inlets and Setting the start levels.
2. Drill holes with a hole saw. The diameter of the
hole saw must be the same as the diameter of the
pipe.

3. Deburr the holes.

3.9 Fitting the vent port
1. Fit the gasket on the socket.
2. Fit the nipple in the hole on top of the tank.
3. Fit the nut inside the tank and tighten it.
