5.2 Commissioning the make-up
water BREAK TANK
1. Connect the ½” BSP Male MAINS WATER IN connection
to the mains water supply.
We recommend using an isolating valve between the
MAINS WATER IN connection and the mains water
supply for future service.
2. Connect the ¾” BSP Male OVERFLOW connection to drain.
3. Allow the BREAK TANK to fill from the mains water connection
and set the BALL FLOAT such that the BREAK TANK
water level stops before it goes out of the overflow.
4. Check the operation of the LOW LEVEL FLOAT SWITCH
5.3 Commissioning the make up
water PUMPS
1. Both PUMPS must be primed before operating. Open the
PRIMING SCREW till a small amount of water runs out.
2. Close the PRIMING SCREW and ensure it is water tight.
