2. 產品簡介

這些安裝與操作說明描述配備 50 Hz 或 60 Hz IEC 馬
達的葛蘭富型號 A 與型號 C 泵浦。
MTR 為立式多段離心泵浦，安裝於水槽頂部，泵組浸
入抽取的液體內。為滿足水槽或容器的特定深度，泵
浦的浸入深度可使用空泵組改變。
產品由馬達與泵浦單元組成。

MTR 材質版本

•

A 版本 - 泵接液端為鑄鐵與不銹鋼材質。

•

I 版本 - 泵接液端為不銹鋼材質 (EN/DIN 1.4301)。

•

N 版本 - 泵接液端為不銹鋼材質 (EN/DIN 1.4401)

2.1 使用範圍

安裝於水槽的多段離心泵浦專為以下應用所設計：

•

切削液輸送

•

冷凝水輸送

•

工業清洗機液體輸送

•

冷熱清潔液增壓

•

其它類似應用。

2.2 泵入液體

產品適用於泵出不含固體微粒或纖維的清潔、稀薄、
無侵蝕性及無爆炸性的液體。液體不可對泵浦材質產
生化學與機械傷害。
當抽吸的液體濃度與／或黏度比水還高時，請視需要
相對應使用輸出功率較高的馬達。
泵浦是否適用於特定液體取決於眾多因素，最重要的
因素是氯含量、pH 值、化學物質與油的溫度和含量。

侵蝕性液體可能會傷害或溶解不鏽鋼的保護
性氧化膜，因而導致腐蝕。
