5. Servicing the product
For service on Grundfos iGRID P-Zone og T-Zone, see section
5. Servicing the product . It is possible to sign a service contract
with a local Grundfos company.
5.1 Accessing the products
Check the pump or pumps and the drain pump for
functionality and tightness.
We recommend that the pump or pumps and
drainage pumps are checked at least once a year.

- Disconnect the main supply in the event of steam
rising due to a leak.

- Ensure that the system has been cooled down
when working on uninsulated pipe sections or
similar.
- Ensure that the system is drained slowly.
- Use only the ladder and the pit floor when you use
the pit.
- Close the main valves in the pit before carrying out
any work on hydraulic parts. Ensure that the main
valves are in a completely closed position and that
the lock is engaged.

local regulations when you install the insulating
pads.

flooded. Lock the disconnecting device to avoid
unintentional reconnection.
- Follow the instructions in the pump and motor
service instructions.
- Do not clean the pit with a high-pressure cleaner.
- Ensure that any control panels and internal pipe
installations are connected to earth.

working in the pit.

Ensure that the safety devices on the cover and
gasket are checked according to local regulations.
We recommend that the cover and gasket are
checked at least once a year.
Damage to the safety devices, cover and gasket
must be remedied immediately. Contact Grundfos.
Contact Grundfos service for repair in case of
damage to the cover.
Check that the ladder and the ladder attachment
provided by Grundfos are inspected according to
local regulations.
