ASSEMBLY & OPERATION:
1. Remove the Pump Body from the pack. Pump Body has 4 mounting holes. Mount the body using
these holes & screws. The body can be mounted in any direction, upside down, vertically, horizontally
etc.
2. Top of the Pump Body has the Lever mechanism. Position of the lever handle can be changed,
depending where the pump is mounted. The lever mechanism is fitted onto the body by means of a
bayonet connection. Turning it anti-clockwise will open the connection. Adjust handle position , fit it
back & lock by turning in the clockwise direction
3. The Pump body has 2 ports, clearly marked as IN & OUT. Cut the hose supplied in 2 parts, one for
the suction end & the other for discharge. Slide the Suction & Discharge hoses onto these ports &
tighten using hose clamps
4. Connect the other end of the Discharge Hose with the Delivery Nozzle using hose clamps
5. The pump is now ready for use
6. By simply moving the lever handle up & down, pumping will start in a few strokes. Effort required to
pump varies & is based on the media being pump. Pump is ideally designed for use with low viscosity
media. If used with thick media , effort required will increase
7. After pumping is completed, it is a good practice to open the pump & clean using water. Pump can be
opened by simply turning the lever handle in anti clockwise direction
