Inserting the batteries
Remove the battery cover from the rear of
the water timer. Insert 2 x 1.5 V AA batteries
(not included) into the battery compartment.
Check that the batteries are correctly fi tted.
Replace the battery cover.
Check that it is securely fi tted to ensure water
cannot get into the water timer.
Installation
The water timer must be connected to a
tap with cold water and a water pressure of
25-100 psi.
Connect the garden hose to the thread (6) on
the water timer, e.g. using a tap coupling.
Screw the thread (2) to the tap.
Attach the water timer to the thread (2) and
secure it using the fastener (3).
Pull the fastener (3) out again to disconnect
the water timer from the tap.
Turn on the tap.
Press the 000 button (5).
The display shows the text “START” and “6:00”
and watering starts.
Press the 000 button (5) again. The display
shows “6:00” and watering stops.
The water timer is now ready for use.
Programming
Note! It may be a good idea to take the water
timer off the tap before programming it, as
this makes it easier to see the buttons and
the display.
Time
Turn the dial (8) to SET
CLOCK.
Press the +/- buttons (4) to set the time.
If you press and hold one of the buttons, the
time on the display changes rapidly.
AM or PM is displayed to the right of the time
on the display. AM means before midday
(0:00-11:59), and PM means after midday
(12:00-23:59).
Turn the dial to another position to save the
setting.
Start time
Turn the dial (8) to
START TIME.
Press the +/- buttons (4) to set the start time.
If you press and hold one of the buttons, the
time on the display changes rapidly.
