FRUIT SHREDDER
Use
In order to achieve the best juice, it is
important that you start by grinding the fruit
into smaller pieces, as this gives the best
results when the fruit pieces subsequently
pass through the fruit press.

Safety Measures
- It is forbidden to reach in the feeding
hopper or underneath the protection
cover with your hand or to grind without
the protection cover.
- It is essential to have the fruit grinder
� rmly � xed to the � oor. The fruit grinder
should not slip or tilt over.
- Never grind without the hopper being
� tted.
Operation
- Fit the driving wheel on the fruit grinder.
- Place a suitable container (not included)
under the grinder and make sure that it is
securely fastened in place.
- Check the driving wheel rotation
direction.
- Fill the hopper with the fruits and start
grinding using the hopper holder.
Maintenance
- Having � nished the job, wash the fruit
grinder with hot water and let dry.
- After a period of standstill grease the
bearings and the metal surface with
edible oil.
