2. Slide a 12mm flat washer and wheel on each
end of the axle, then secure them with the
remaining 12mm flat washers and cotter pins
(see
Figure 3).

3. install the two casters with (8) hex bolts and
hex nuts (see
Figure 4).
4. With the help of another person to hold the
parts in place, attach the back panel and the
top shelf together with the hex bolts and hex
nuts.
Note: Just hand-tighten these fastners for
now. They will be fully tightened in a later
step.
5. Attach the top shelve and back panel assem-
bly to the base, then install the two vertical
supports to hold the assembly in place (see
Figure 5).
Assembly
1. insert the two axle brackets through the slots
in the base, then slide the axle through the
bracket holes (see
Figure 2).
6. Finish the assembly by installing the middle
shelf, squaring the entire assembly, then fully
tightening all fasteners.
