5. Re-attach the pivot support to the grinder
table so that the flat surface of the slide table
is facing the wheel, as shown in
Figure 18.

Cutting tools are dangerously sharp, espe-
cially after sharpening. Use extreme caution
when handling these tools to reduce the risk
of personal injury.
3. Then place the slide table on a flat surface
and remove the three hex bolts and flat wash-
ers, as shown in
Figure 16.
4. Remove the pivot support from the machine,
then secure it to the back of the slide table
with the three hex nuts and flat washers
removed in
Step 3, as shown in Figure 17.
