Step 7.
Install Chimney (14) into the Grill Lid (18) using M6x15 bolt (B) and M6 Flange Nut
(F) as illustrated
.
Put the
Chimney Cover (15) on the Chimney (14) and fasten with Spring (G) and M8 cap nut (D). Attach Lid handle (17) to Grill Lid
(18), place Lid Handle Insulation Washer (H) in between the Handle and Lid and then fasten by M6x15 bolt (B). Attach
Hinge Plate (24) on both sides of Grill Lid (18) using M5 x 10 Bolt (K) and M5 Flange Nut (L)
Unscrew the nut from Temperature gauge (16), and attach it to middle front of Grill Lid (18) and re-tighten the nut again.
NOTE: Do not over tighten, damage may occur to Temperature gauge
Step 8.
Align the holes on the sides of Grill Lid (18) and Grill Body (8). Put the Hinge pin (I) through the holes of the
Hinge Plate (24) on to the Grill Body (8) together by inserting the Cotter pins (J) as illustrated. Install the warming rack (19)
inside the Grill Lid (18) and Grill Body (8)
.
Insert the rack pin through the holes from inside of Grill Lid (18) and Grill Body
(8). Attach Air Vent Shutter (10) onto both sides of Grill Body (8) using one M6x15 bolt (B) and M6 Lock Nut (E). Do not
over tighten Air Vent Shutter (10), Air Vent Shutter (10) should move freely
