Troubleshooting

Android Tablet does not find camera

1. Check that the camera is turned on and that the LED’s are illuminated

2. Re-scan for camera

3.2

Android Tablet is stuck in “negotiating connection” mode

Restart the HighV Camera App

If the problem persists:

Power the camera on/off

Verify that camera battery is charged
