Inspection and maintenance (e, r)
To ensure that the machine has a long working life, careful and meticulous maintenance
and inspection is required.
The owner or operations manager must ensure that the tool is only used, maintained,
inspected and repaired by persons familiar with the procedures and instructed in the
possible hazards (read and understand the entire section on
Safety ).
If any doubt arises in connection with any of the above-mentioned procedures, consult
an authorized specialist workshop or importer. See
www.greentec.eu .
Repair work not described in the instruction manual may only be carried out by
authorized specialist workshops.
Disregarding one or more of the safety instructions may cause:
•
Great danger to people due to mechanical impact and/or chemical
exposure!
•
Danger to the environment due to hydraulic oil leakage!
•
Damage and failure of the machine, tool carrier or towing vehicle.
•
That all compensation claims are ceased
Safe Maintenance and Adjustment Instructions (s)
To avoid accidents during maintenance and adjustments, the followings rules
must always be followed:
•
All work on the machine must only be done when it is brought to
a standstill, the carrier is turned off, the hand brake is pulled, and
the key is removed from the ignition.
•
When doing maintenance work on a lifted tool and/or tool carrier,
it must be secured using suitable support elements.
•
Only use suitable tools and use personal protective equipment as
described in the section Personal safety equipment.
•
Great caution should be exercised when working with the
machine's belt drive, as there is danger of crushing fingers and
hands around the driving belt, pulleys, blades and guardings.
•
Immediately after the completion of work, all safety devices must
be installed and reactivated.
•
Dispose of oil and grease as required by law.
