Troubleshooting

Valve or leaky

Return oil pressure too high
Check oil pressure.
Jammed/squeezed/broken hoses -
especially on the return side.
Drain oil pressure too high
Check oil pressure. Free flow to tank.
Jammed/squeezed/broken hoses -
especially on the return side.
Return hose not attached
correctly or fallen off
Attach correctly or put it on again.
If necessary, change the quick
release coupling gaskets
Overheating
Tool speed is wrong
Check the rotation speed on the tool.
Oil level wrong
Check oil level.
Oil type wrong
Empty the tank and fill up with with
the correct oil.
Blades are blocked
Remove branch residue and the like
Air humidity too high
Install a cooler. Decrease working
speed.
Hydraulic fails
Low oil level
Fill up with oil to correct level.
Oil leak in the pressure hose
Check the machine for leaks.
Oil pump section filter is
clogged
Replace filter insert.
The branches are
"frayed"
Branches are bigger than
recommended
Do not exceed the mulchers
recommended cutting lengths.
