Clean the hydraulic quick couplings before connecting. Pay attention to the maximum allowable pressure
especially on the drain hose and the return hose (return and drain must not be coupled in the same tank
connection). See the user manual for the tool.
Connect the connectors to the electric-hydraulic control, place the two
end plugs together to ensure that the plugs are not contaminated.

Drain
•
The smallest hose is for DRAIN,
marked in BLUE
.
•
The hose is connected to a depressurized (0 bar) tank connection.
•
It must
NOT
be connected with RETURN.
Drain pressure must
never
exceed 2.0 bars at the motor. If not
complying with this, the hydraulic motor will be damaged and the
guarantee lapses.
Pressure
•
The middle hose is for PRESSURE,
marked in RED
.
•
The hose is connected to pressure on the double acting outlet with
max. 200 bars pressure. There is a pressure relief in the valve block
on the tool frame.
Return
•
The largest hose is for RETURN,
marked in GREEN
.
•
The hose is connected RETURN, on the double acting outlet.
•
Min. pressure 5 bar (If the pressure is lower, then mount a checkvalve
with an opening pressure at 4 bar (checkvalve partno. CA19/4))
•
Max. counterpressure 15 bars at the motor.
