Mounting a section 
► 

Position the new section on 

the knife.

Insert the serrated stud bolts 

from above.  
Always use 

new 

serrated stud 

bolts!

Tighten the nuts to the

Push the double guard back  

► 

Insert the bolts.  

► 

Tighten the nuts to the 

specified tightening torque.  
 
 
 

  

 

 

 

Changeing knives  

If the sections are excessively worn, the entire knife must be replaced.  

  

 

Removing knives

Align the knife stroke so that 

the bolts on the head bearing are 
on top.

Unscrew the bolts on the knife
